Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, hair products, or accessories for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hair Asylum is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
